Who needs to pay an application fee?

All applicants are subject to our standard credit, rental, and criminal background screening process. A fee of $25 applies to all applicants aged 18 and older.

What's your application process?

Thank you for your interest in our homes! We adhere strictly to all requirements of the Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical or mental disability. To be considered for a property with Lochwood and Courtyard Apartments, the following information must be submitted. 1. Two months' of recent pay stubs, or an offer letter from employer. 3xs the monthly rent 2. Copy of all Applicant's photo IDs. 3. Application(s) have been completed and submitted to our Leasing Office. All residents 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. Credit and criminal background checks will be conducted. 4. Application Fee(s) have been paid in full. Rental License Number: L-505958

What is your parking policy?

Permit Parking only at Courtyard and Lochwood Apartments,

What is your smoking policy?

No smoking within the premises or in any common areas.

What is your pet policy?

Pet Guidelines & Additional Requirements Small Pets under 25 lbs, 2 Pet Maximum per apartment For each pet: * $250 pet registration fee and $25/month pet fee to management, * Complete Registration, paid annual fee and all active profile requirements met via Pet Screenings: https://lochwoodapartments.petscreening.com/ https://courtyardapartments.petscreening.com/ 

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. A minimum of $300,000 personal liability coverage required (minimum policy). Personal property coverage is any amount.

What is your utility policy?

Water, trash, sewage, and parking are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own BGE account in their name prior to receiving the keys.

Do you accept vouchers?

We accept vouchers from local programs in the area.

What are your office hours and address?

Our Leasing Office at 5664 Woodmont Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239 is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - tours are conducted from 9 AM until 3 PM. You can call the office via office phone 410.433.5400 or email us at [email protected]. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every first and last Saturday of the month (touring may not be available on Saturdays, you will need to call the office to schedule on Saturdays). Directions: Use Google Maps or other navigation apps to find the three-community leasing office located at 5664 Woodmont Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239. If touring at Courtyard Apartments, please confirm we will meet you at Courtyard Apartments specifically at the apartment building located at 5643 Purdue Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239. Parking: There will be ample parking spots available on Woodmont Ave at the Lochwood/Courtyard/Pigtown Leasing Office you can use when arriving at the property. If we are meeting at Courtyard located at 5643 Perdue Ave, Baltimore, there will be available parking on Perdue Ave or in the parking lot. Upon Arrival: Your tour starts at 5664 Woodmont Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239 or 5643 Perdue Ave, Baltimore, MD 21239. Please confirm with us where we are meeting. Please bring your government issued Driver's License with photo ID, college student photo ID, etc. If you need anything on the day of your tour, feel free to call us at 410.433.5400.
